What we provide

Ridge Runner Aerial LLC provides aerial imagery and documented inspection reports. A report describes what was visible from the air on the date it was flown. It is not a structural engineering assessment and it is not a warranty.

Weather and safety

We do not fly in conditions that are unsafe for the aircraft or for anyone below it, and we do not fly where we are not permitted to. If weather moves a flight we will tell you as early as we can.

Pet recovery

A thermal search does not guarantee that an animal will be found. Thermal cannot see through structures, vehicles, decks, or heavy canopy, and warm weather reduces contrast. Our fees are published. The deployment fee and the hourly rate are charged for the search itself and are owed whatever the outcome. A separate located fee is charged only when we find your pet and show you where it is. Locating is not the same as catching, and we do not charge for a catch we cannot promise.

Payment

Payment terms are stated on the quote or invoice for the work.

If you consent, we may text you about your request and your job. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, and those are between you and your carrier. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
