We publish our prices. You should not have to call to find out whether you can afford something.

Interior and indoor video

Everything above is flown outdoors. We do not currently fly inside buildings, so interior walkthroughs for listings, warehouses or event spaces are not something we can quote today. It is a different aircraft and a different skill set, and we would rather say so than learn it on your property.

It is on the list. If it is something you need, tell us: what people actually ask for is what decides whether we add it, and what it ends up costing.

Our first five

The first five roof inspections are free

We are new here, and a report you can actually read is worth more than anything we could write about ourselves. So the first five roof inspections we fly in Blair County cost nothing.

In exchange, we publish the report as a worked example. The property address is removed unless you tell us otherwise, and your name is never on it. You see the report before it goes up, and you can have it taken down at any time.

We will not pretend it is unrecognisable. It is a photograph of your roof, and someone who already knows the house may recognise it. What we can promise is that we do not publish the address, and that is enforced by the system rather than by us remembering.

If you would rather it was not published at all, say so and we will quote you the normal rate instead. That is the whole arrangement, and there is nothing else in it.

Construction progress

From $150. Per visit on a monthly schedule. $250 for a one off.

Real estate imagery

From $225. Stills and clips. $375 with an edited video. $175 per shoot for agents booking three or more a year.

Land and timber

From $350. Up to 20 acres, then $10 per acre.

Fee schedule

A thermal search needs a thermal aircraft, and ours is not here yet. When it is, this page carries the whole fee schedule: a deployment fee, an extended search rate, and a located fee charged only when we find your pet. Published and fixed, because someone calling about a missing pet should not have to wonder whether the price depends on how worried they sound.
