Privacy
This page describes what Ridge Runner Aerial does with information you give us. It is short because we collect very little.
What we collect
If you call us or send the contact form, we keep your name, phone number, email address, the property address, and what you told us you need. We keep it so we can do the work and so we have a record of the job.
Imagery
We keep the imagery and reports from work we do for you. We do not publish imagery of a property, or use it as an example of our work, without asking you first.
Your pet's registry profile
If you register a pet, we keep more about you than we keep about anyone else, and it is worth saying exactly what. The profile holds your name, phone number and email, your home address, a description of your pet, how they behave around strangers, the places they go when they are frightened, and any photos you send.
The hiding spots are the most useful thing in the file and the reason it exists. They are also the reason we treat it the way we do: a list of where an animal goes to be unfindable is a short walk from a list of where nobody would think to look. We do not publish it, sell it, or share it, and it is not connected to any microchip database.
There is no password on your profile, because there is no account. Your private link is the key: anyone holding it can see the profile and start a search. Do not post it anywhere public. If you think it has got out, open it and pressReplace my link, and the old one stops working immediately.
You can delete the profile yourself, from your own link. It is removed, not hidden: the address, the hiding spots, the property notes and the photos are gone from our records, including the copies made if you ever started a search. The one moment we will not do it immediately is while a search for your pet is actually running, and the page will tell you so and give you the number.
Two things stay. Your name and phone number remain in our contacts, the same as for anyone who has ever asked us for a quote. And if we flew a search, the record of that search stays, along with whatever the pilot wrote down during it. Ask us and we will remove those too.
We only look at a profile when you tell us to. Nothing about registering signs you up for texts, a mailing list, or a subscription.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone except the services we use to run the business, such as our scheduling, payment, and email providers.
Text messages
If you tick the consent box on a form, you are agreeing to receive text messages from us at the number you gave us, about your request and your job. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.
Consenting to text messages is optional. We will not refuse to quote or fly a job because you did not tick it, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented, or shared with anyone.Information may be shared only with the providers we use to actually send the message, and only for that purpose.
Asking us to delete it
Call or email and ask, and we will remove your information and your imagery, except anything we are required to keep for tax or insurance records. A registered pet profile you can delete yourself, without asking, from your private link.
